Breaking News: Gary Coleman Dies at Age 42

Gary Coleman, best known for his role as Arnold Jackson on the hit 80s sitcom Diff'rent Strokes, died Friday. He was 42.

He passed away approximately 12:05 p.m. at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.

On Wednesday, Coleman suffered an intracranial hemorrhage after he hurt his head following a fall in his Utah home.

As of mid-morning Thursday, he was conscious and lucid, but by early afternoon he was slipping in and out of consciousness and his condition worsened.

On Friday, his manager confirmed that Coleman was unconscious in a coma and on life support in a coma.

Family members and close friends -- including his wife Shannon Price -- were at his side when life support was terminated.

On Thursday, Price’s father Dale told UsMagazine.com: "He is in a critical condition, I can confirm he fell. Shannon has been by his bedside and she will be visiting him again. Janet, the spokeswoman for the hospital, will be releasing all statements. We are hanging in there. I don’t want to say anything else."

Kicking off her week with an evening out, Kristin Cavallari was spotted partying with some friends in Los Angeles last night (March 15).

The “Hills” babe looked super sexy in a black dress as she made her way around town with the paparazzi on her tail.

Earlier in the day, Kristin treated herself to some pampering with a manicure treatment at Delicate Nail Salon in Beverly Hills.

Miss Cavallari also stopped by Whole Foods supermarket to restock her pantry with plenty of healthy eats.

Lauren Conrad Fairless Hottie

Plugging away at her east coast book tour, Lauren Conrad was spotted out at Barnes & Noble in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania on Sunday (March 28).

The former "Hills" hottie greeted patiently waiting fans and signed copies of "Sweet Little Lies" as she continues to find success with her writing endeavors.

Having made the trip out east on Saturday morning, Miss Conrad spent the previous evening hitting up a local bookstore in Fairfax, Virginia.

Also working on a line of clothing with Kohl's, Miss Conrad told of the effort, "It's very much a California brand. It's all about incorporating new trends and putting our own twist on it — relaxed cool without trying too hard."

She adds, "I have a few [favorite pieces]. I do a lot of basics, so we have a great blazer, a high-waisted black skirt and biker jacket and all those pieces can be traded throughout ... it's a lot of layering, a lot of switching-up, so you can get more mileage."

The “Sonny With a Chance” star has been cast as a patient who is being treated for possible schizophrenia at Seattle Grace hospital by Karev (Justin Chambers) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) in an episode set to air in May.

Super excited about her new gig, Ms Lovato tweeted, “I’m so thrilled to announce that this week I’m shooting Grey’s Anatomy!!!!!!!! :DAHHH!!!!”

Over the weekend, Demi and boyfriend Joe Jonas hit up the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards together, and were very excited to finally step out as an official couple.

On how much of the reality show ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ is scripted: “People ask us all the time, is it real or is it scripted? There’s 10 kids total, 6 that are constantly on the show, my parents are 8. There’s so many of us and we’re living such totally different lives that we don’t need to stage anything. For us ‘Keeping Up…’ is 100% real. It’s a little embarrassing to say that because some of the things that we say or do on the show. But it’s true, we’re a family – we fight, we make up in 2 seconds. And Bruce is probably the best guy ever, he’s such a good sport, but he’s a little too nice. He doesn’t have his own credit card, he has a Starbucks card and a gas card, and then he has to ask for cash. I mean, come on.”

On if her husband Lamar Odom is comfortable in her world of constant paparazzi and cameras rolling: “He’s actually very comfortable. I mean the Lamar is the easiest guy, he’s so sweet. He’s easy doing it. If I’m happy, he’s happy. He’s the best.”

On the latest with her sister Kim and her boyfriend Reggie Bush: “I know Reggie doesn’t love paparazzi, he’s made that very clear. He’s not really into that social scene, so I think it’s hard for him and my sister to find a common ground on that subject. But there’s been so many reports on Kim and Reggie forever. They’re still together, but I’m not with them right now. I’m in Miami so I don’t know. She’s not with me.”

On how she and Odom met: “I was hosting a welcome to L.A. party for Ron Artest and Lamar was there. And I actually did not like him the first night when I met him. He was staring at me very aggressively. I was like you’re too much for me, you’re a basketball player. And then he just never let up. And somehow, he’s so amazing and sweet and sincere and genuine that I fell in love.”
